The third and last video card MSI is releasing is the 5870 Cyclone. The Cyclone doesn’t have as much features as the Lightning but is still a step above from reference designs. MSI decided not to go with the Twin Frozr II but use another custom design (Cyclone II) here and still stepped the voltage regulation.
