Campus Party in Madrid with Gigabyte

The campus party is an IT/New Tech/Hi-Tech event that takes place every year in Barcelona.
The 2010 edition takes place in Madrid and Gigabyte chose this event in order to demonstrate their latest products to the enthusiast with live Overclocking demonstration.

For this special edition, Gigabyte had invited famous top overclockers from Europe in order to make the show !
But mother nature wasn’t gave some traveling issues to some of them as by example Hi-Cookie and our Overclocking-TV team. They never reached Madrid and get stuck at the airport with cancelled flight all weekend.

Besides of those problems, Gigabyte did succeeded in the show with the overclockers that had the chance to reach madrid before the Friday, and many visitors could enjoy the live Extreme OC demonstration organized.

As I’m writing those lines, Overclockers and the Gigabyte staff members are stuck in Madrid without being able to take planes to get back home. Taking good care of our friends, Gigabyte finally send some of them back home by car through France, Netherlands Denmark, Sweden and finally Finland for SF3D !
A 60hours traveling time, but the only way to get home as companies like KLM and SAS cannot fly until tomorrow evening on the North Europe destinations.

We would like to thanks Gigabyte for having invited us on this event, and are very sorry to not having been able to offer you the live broadcast and coverage you were waiting for.
But this is not and epic Fail, we are looking forward for the next event in Spain and this time, nothing will be able to stop us !

Wishing good travel back-home to the guys in Madrid, Enjoy !
