We’ve mentioned this event already several times during the OC Show, but the ASUS ROG Camp is now finally here! Well here … next weekend, so close enough. Close enough to just let you book your weekend for another epic overclocking live stream, this time from Germany.
The ASUS ROG Camp
After an online qualifier on OC-Esports,io, the ASUS ROG Camp will feature 2 days of extreme overclocking during which 8 qualified overclockers will be invited to make the big jump. The practice of LN2 overclocking is a fine art that can’t really be mastered alone. This is the purpose of this ROG Camp, and who better than the german overclocking pots manufacturer der8auer could deliver such a teaching?
On the first day of the ROG camp, overclockers will learn how to insulate, how to use safely liquid nitrogen and what are the few tip and tricks for a successful LN2 benching session. Then, on the second day, (even though overclockers may already start on the first day for it), the participants will be invited to take part to their first extreme overclocking competitions with of course some cool prizes up for grabs as well as a forever fame on the live stream.
Event Schedule
We’ve been provided a general event schedule by the organizers and it looks as following:

Live from the ROG Camp
As far as the live stream goes, Trouffman and myself (Xyala) will be there to take care of it. We’ve planned some interesting Air to LN2 session as well as a commentary of the competition. We will also arrange for you guys to follow the workshops that der8auer and Tom Loske from PCGH will be giving and this might be a great occasion for you online to learn more about LN2 overclocking.
On the Sunday, the live coverage will be focused on the competition. We will have ou friends from PCGH partnering up for that part by sharing some competition updates for the German speaking fans and some debates / discussions with those attending that would like to join us live.
Oh and … make sure to pass by, because we will have some cool giveaways for you guys!
See you on Saturday! 11am on OCTV’s Twitch channel.
