After two weeks of intense competition, our amateur photographers and OC enthusiasts have uploaded, shared and decided which picture deserved to become the best OC picture ever!

After two weeks of intense competition, our amateur photographers and OC enthusiasts have uploaded, shared and decided which picture deserved to become the best OC picture ever!

The best OC Picture contest

We started this contest about three weeks ago. Designed to be a fun and friendly contest without prize, we wanted hardware enthusiasts and overclocker friends to submit one of their best OC action picture to the community. Then we simply put up the pictures to vote in a dedicated Facebook Album for about two weeks until today.

The rules for the scoring were pretty simple.

  • 1 like = 1pt
  • 1 comment = 2 points
  • comments from the same person only count as one.

The contest audience was definitely very satisfying for us. We didn’t wanted it to become a “get more fans” contest as many do on Facebook. We designed it without prize for the purpose of getting rid of the cheaters and trolls of the internet. Within the two weeks of the contest, 42 pictures where uploaded. Over 1250 likes where given and 260 comments posted !
