Presentation and content

The package comes in a plastic blister, on it we can read the different product features such as being reactive to UV light, reduce the clutter inside the case, protects the wires, helps improve air flow and easy to install. Notice that you can find this product in 5 colors that are “Black, UV Blue, UV Green, UV Yellow, UV Red.”

Here is what you can read on the other side of the package.

We can see that the “braided sleeve” is made of plastic thread that is pretty solid, it can expand itself and is reactive to UV light (this is for the fun touch of it).

Here are the heat-shrink tubes that also come with the kit. What do I mean by heat-shrink? It means that the material when it gets into contact with high temperatures rapidly shrinking on itself. This will help us greatly for delivering a clean presentation.

The tie wraps that are included don’t have nothing of another world, except that the color varies according to which we have acquired.

Installation

The installation of this product is simple, however it requires a bit of patience and another bit of fine motor skills to get an optimum result “esthetically clean”. Go!

This installation is a reference, feel free to do it differently in case you would like to end up with a different result.

Conclusion

The best :

  • Improve the airflow in case
  • Variety of colors
  • Price
  • Versatility

Improve the airflow in the case, we notice a very little improvement in our temperatures even if this is just an accessory, but don’t hope for miracles of course.

Variety of colors, we all have different tastes. It is always good to have the choice when buying a product between different colors according to our mobo, PSU or chassis color.

Price, this product is very cheap. You can find it for around 10 USD so anyone person could buy it.

Versality, in my imagination I could find other uses such as cover the tubes of a watercooling system with the sleeves, interesting right?

Should improve :

  • add more tie wraps

add more tie wraps, 10 isn’t enought to manage correctly a power supply.

Award

This product of course isn’t something that will make you get a bettter overclocking in your case. But for a 24/7 system under watercooling, if you have a PSU of the poor without sleeves, this is definitely the cheap solution to get it done properly.

Thanks

Overclocking-TV would like thank to VIZO and especially to Sean Wu, for having put at our disposal a sample of this product.
