Easter weekend! The time of the year when overclockers are hunting for eggs in the garden and … wait a minute. FALSE – This is the time for the World Tour in Poitiers, France. The largest overclocker gathering in Europe – period!

Of course we couldn’t miss out on this unique opportunity and because HWBOT is hosting the third qualifier event of the OCWC 2017 on location, we will join the party to host the official streams for the matches!

Back a good two months ago, HWBOT unveiled their masterplan for the 2017 OCWC season. An ambitious plan of global live qualifiers in what is to be the largest ever live overclocking competition series ever to be hosted.

Live from Poitiers!

For this third qualifier event we will be heading to the Gamers Assembly. This is France’s largest LAN event and holds this title for now nearly 20 years! For three days during easter weekend, gaming fans but also performance addicts (aka overclockers) will gather in the city of Poitiers to have a great time together but mostly to measure their egos on the ring!

This will be our stream schedule : (all times are local time GMT+1)

April 15, 16 – Fun Streams in the evenings

Nothing heavy on the roadmap, mostly ad-hoc streams with whatever cool is happening on location.

 

April 17th – Overclocking World Championship – Poitiers 2017 Qualifier

  • Overclocker Preparation : from 8:30am until 10:30am
  • 1v1 Semi Finals matches : from 11:00am until 1:00pm (might be finished earlier)
  • Bronze match : from 1:30pm until 2:30pm
  • Final match : from 2:45pm until 3:45pm
  • Award ceremony : from 4:00pm until 4:30pm
