AOOC 2013 – Competition Hardware
Competition hardware is a little bit like knowing what tires your race car will be fitting on for the coming race. This week in their announcement PR, ASUS shared the final hardware list for the contest which is the following:
- Motherboard: ASUS Maximus VI Extreme
- Processor: Intel Corei7 4770k
- Graphics: ASUS GTX780 Direct CU II OC

- Power Supply: Corsair AX1200i
The ASUS hardware side of things being already announced earlier, the only really new news here is the coming on-board of Corsair which is a great thing to see. It seems that the brand has been quite active lately at polishing it’s extreme / enthusiast side of business by supporting more and more events surrounding the OC Scene. Think here OCAU event in Australia, the Computex Main OC event, the IFA OC events and also the coming MSI MOA. Nice move Corsair – we have already some thoughts on who helped the brand to accomplish the push ;)
